All HAENNI scales and sensors can be used in a permanent or semi-fixed installation, recommended when the weight checks are performed at a fixed location. Placing the scales on a recess in the pavement eliminates the need of using levelling mats.

With the portable system WL 104 it is possible to pre-select the overloaded vehicles driving up to 20 km/h and when necessary apply the penalties after re-checking the weight in static modus. The dynamic modus allows the checking of a higher number of vehicles, the static offers a higher level of accuracy and can be used for direct enforcement.
